Market Update: Bidding Wars

It’s clear that the market is hot for our sellers right now. There were about 6,000 homes that sold above ask $100,000 in 2021, and buyers are not slowing down. Bidding wars have been happening since 2022 and have only gotten more prevalent as we approach Q2. The percentage of bidding for a home with an all-cash offer is 344% more likely to win the bidding war.
