Summer on Roosevelt Island

Summer is almost officially here! We all know how hot it can get in the city. The best way to cool off? A dip in the pool!

Manhattan Park Pool Club on Roosevelt Island is the perfect summer spot, complete with a gorgeous colorful mural on its pool deck that changes every season (and is commissioned by local artists)! If you’re not a resident of Roosevelt Island you can still stop by the pool throughout the summer on weekdays for $55 and $70 on the weekend. Roosevelt Island residents can access the pool for $35 during weekdays and $45 on weekends.

Living on Roosevelt Island means you are a Manhattanite with the best views of Manhattan – 90 seconds by F Train to the Upper East side or four-minutes by the Tram. Westview offers waterfront homes with luxurious finishes in various floorplans from studios to three bedrooms, including duplexes. Residences feature private outdoor spaces and range from 720 to 1,850 square feet, priced from $570,000 to over $2 million.

My favorite residence at Westview right now is #830. #830 is a stunning three-bedroom, two-bedroom residence that offers a large open kitchen fully equipped with Quartzite countertops, marble backsplash, Viking appliances, and a breakfast bar. This turnkey home also features an in-unit washer dryer, marble and porcelain bathrooms, hardwood oak flooring, generous built-in closets, and oversized insulated sliding windows, all for your move-in ready convenience. Asking $1,400,000
