The Best of Miami This week: Barry’s Boot Camp

The best of Miami this week introducing a new segment on my page with weekly highlights of my favorite spots in Miami. Today it's Barry's boot camp; I love this workout so much. Some of you will say but... Alyssa, isn't there Barry's in New York? Yes, but now I am lucky enough to participate in what I think is the best Barry's studio in the world—in Sunset Harbor, Miami.
