What to do In Nyc for labor day weekend
Wow! I can't believe we are approaching the end of summer in the city! I don't know about you, but these last few months have flown by! This weekend is a good time to disconnect and soak up those last few summer moments.
Here are some of my tops things to do on this last long weekend of the summer:
U.S. Open: The iconic New York tennis tournament is back at full capacity this year. Enjoy the day in Flushing, Queens watching tennis matches among some of the greatest in the world.
Electric Zoo: An electronic music festival on Randall's Island, from Sep. 3-5. Enjoy beautiful city views while soaking in some of the world's best dance music.
Ferris Wheel in Times Square: A limited-time Ferris wheel has opened in New York City’s Times Square, giving tourists and residents a new view of the city. The pop-up 110-foot-tall, 11-story ride is open from August 25 to September 12.
Visit Panorama Room: Roosevelt Island has its first-ever rooftop bar and lounge open to the public. Panorama Room just opened atop the newly opened Graduate Roosevelt Island hotel on the island's southern end. The views are really unparalleled — perhaps even the best of any rooftop lounge.
Hope you enjoy my picks! I look forward to sharing more this upcoming fall. Happy labor day weekend to all !
