AB in WILLIAMSBURG

LIke SoHo in the 1980’s,  Williamsburg’s transformation from neglected industrial warehouse-district to one of the city’s top residential/commercial neighborhood’s, would not have come to pass without the avant-garde artists whose fringe-art made made fringe neighborhoods mainstream. Although, It still hadn’t met its full potential,  I knew Williamsburg was ready to become a more elevated neighborhood. Around 2013, I was hired to sell luxury townhouses for MAGNUM Real Estate Group. My introduction to selling was really the experience of selling the collection of townhouses on North 3rd for MAGNUM.  Although this was the first project I had the privilege of selling it wasn't my last as the projects sold it was very apparent that the neighborhood was getting increasingly more popular, I feel and felt extremely fortunate to be one of the first and continued to be recognized as a Williamsburg expert by helping achieve its fullest potential. By this point in my life I have been apart of the 4 most popular transactions in Williamsburg, such as - ONE NORTH FOUTH, NORTH SIDE PIERS, 440 KENT, THE OOSTEN, 212 NORTH NINE, WAREHOUSE ELEVEN, and so many more. Williamsburg is case and point that new developments can transform and create a community.
