Goodbye 2023

I am so grateful for what 2023 has brought me, both personally and professionally. So much growth and change for both myself and the Development Marketing Team. 

I got to spend my time in my two favorite cities, Miami and NYC, focused on my health and wellness, put my head down to grow my business, and still managed to spend plenty of quality time with my girls.

I’m so proud to share that we celebrated DMT’s 3-year anniversary in December, and we expanded into new markets with a Miami office and added in-house design and title insurance divisions. 

2024 Market Predictions

It's that time of year again where I make my 2024 market predictions! During the next 365 days I predict a significant shift to a buyers’ market. I foresee that declining mortgage rates and easing inflation will contribute to a potential drop in home prices during the second and third quarters. 

I also anticipate an increase in supply in 2024, especially within the resale market. This will provide more opportunities for buyers to transact than in the past several years when inventory was sparse!
