Brody Blog is Back. Life Update and What’s to Come.
Hi! A lot of you are new here and I would like to reintroduce myself. My name is Alyssa Brody, I’m an attorney turned broker. I am also a wife to developer, Eric Brody and mommy to two beautiful girls Gabriela and Valentina. Eric and I always make it work. These last few months have been a little crazy. A lot has changed but I finally feel settled and where I need to be. Eric, the girls, and I have moved to the burbs and we are enjoying every single second of it. I finally feel at peace at where I am in my life. New York City has been one of the best things that could have happened to me but now with children, we needed out. My family and I feel much more grounded and are so grateful for this opportunity. Powering through everyday and trying to be a mom boss is never easy but, I want to show you it is possible. I believe through my meditation practice and being a kind person everything is achievable. Here is a link to a ten minute meditation I have shared on my IGTV. There’s so many amazing topics I am excited to discuss with you. I also want to be here to educate you as well. As some of you may know my expertise is in real estate sales, pre-development planning and being someone’s very own marketing advisor. I am going to begin a lot of new series on my IG page, follow me there if you don’t. This is where I am most active.
I want to highlight neighborhoods by introducing a new series called Why? Live? There? I have noticed that I have many followers who are not familiar with New York Real Estate. My team and I are planning on sharing weekly listings in a specific neighborhood and guide you through what to expect when living there. Hey, you never know we might convince you of your next move! Look out for this every Wednesday.
Another one of the topics I want to touch on is Pre-Development planning. This is a topic that I have not really covered much on my page before but, I admire it the most. I love to work hand and hand with my clients by being their advisor, guiding and navigating them through a project while executing their needs. Stay tuned for the launch of this new mini series called New Development Thursday’s.

My team has grown but I finally believe we are where we need to be. We have been working on a lot of great things. One of them being a special project I can’t wait to launch soon!
