Keeping the Kids Entertained and Busy

I will have to admit the first two weeks of this thing I went Amazon crazy purchasing a number of toys, “work books”, board games, learn to read books, art supplies, day of the week calendars - basically anything I could think of to entertain and educate the girls. I went ahead and added the items I have found useful and also that have been worth the disinfecting routine. You can find them here in my Amazon Storefront.

I have been documenting our weekly life on my Instagram account @alyssasotobrody each week by posting a series of photos of me and my family. Prior to the Quarantine I will say I was very adamant about not really posting to much of my persona life but not I feel that its so important to connect to each other on a deeper level in order to feel really any connection to the outside world especially family and loved ones you cannot see right now. I must say though that with everything we did purchase the best moments or entertainment has been that outdoors or doing things that we as children use to do. Our favorite activities have been:

• Bike Riding 

• Beach Walks

• Puzzles 

• Flying Kites
