WHY? Live? There? : Upper East Side

This week’s real estate gem is located in one of my all time favorite neighborhoods - Upper East Side. 🏙 Everything you need is in this sprawling, self contained Manhattan Retreat.

Some of America’s most famous families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦have made their homes on the Upper East Side: the Roosevelts, Kennedys, Rockefellers, and Carnegies were all real-estate pioneers in the early 1900s and developed the neighborhood into a beautiful and posh place to live.

Some of my favorite things to do on the UES:

🔸 Grand Salon for breakfast

Located at the Baccarat Hotel. @baccarathotels The Grand Salon earns its name through a palette of platinum and sparkling neutral shades, Jouffre silk-covered walls, parquet floors, and plush, high-backed banquettes. Here, drinks and dining complement social exchanges beneath a 64-arm Baccarat chandelier.

What to order : The American Breakfast
I like my eggs 🍳 over easy and of course bacon 🥓 .

🔸 PJ Bernstein’s Deli for lunch

@pjbernsteinnyc A classic NY deli located on 3rd Avenue. Started in 1965 and still remains an UES favorite. Known for their corned beef and matzoh ball soup.

What to order: Matzoh Ball Soup 🥣 & Tuna Salad Sandwich 🥪 on Rye Bread.

🔸 Old King Cole Bar

Located in the St. Regis Hotel. @stregisnewyork 🏨 Many say that the Bloody Mary 🍹 made its first U.S. 🇺🇸 appearance in the King Cole Bar. @elicavaleri and I love to end a busy day at this classic iconic NYC bar.

What to order: A glass of the DuckHorn Cabernet. 🍷

& now you can live right near all these amazing places.
