Happy 2021 ! New Year, New Habits

2021 a new year to instill new habits. My morning routine is something that has helped me start my days centered and aligned. It has also helped build a foundation to successfully conquer the day ahead. 

Nightly Step :  

Every Sunday I fill out my weekly calendar in preparation for the new week. During the week days before bed I make sure to go over things and edit if anything changes. This gets my mind ready for what's to come the next day. I swear by this weekly calendar. Click here to download.

Step 1 :

I wake up every morning at the exact same time. Not only is it proven to help you get a better nights sleep it's a major key to success. My alarm goes off everyday at 5:55 am. 

Step 2 :  

As soon as I wake up I turn on my salt lamp & give myself a second to absorb the new day ahead. And head straight downstairs to my freshly brewed cup of coffee. I love using the @hamilton beech you can program it the night before so you have a fresh hot pot of coffee ready. I also love @bullet proof coffee. 

Step 3 :  

I head back upstairs to my office and begin to journal. I begin write my intentions and what I want to conquer on an emotional level that day. Connecting with yourself on an emotional is another key step to a successful foundation. I journal for about 15-20 mins.

Step 4 :  

I then turn on my 528 hertz music and begin my daily lesson : A Course In Miracles. And then I meditate for about 30 mins.
